Vintage & retro lamps

Vintage lamps and retro lamps have been part of Lampverket from the very beginning. In fact, it all started with unique lampshades made from carefully selected secondhand fabrics.

Today, we continue to give beautiful, well-preserved textiles a new life. Each fabric is carefully chosen, gently washed with eco-friendly soap and transformed into a one-of-a-kind lampshade with its own character and history.

Do you have a beautiful lamp base that deserves a vintage lampshade? Or are you looking for a vintage ceiling light that adds something truly special to a room? Our vintage fabric lamps are made in very small numbers, so each piece feels individual and unique.

Every Lampverket vintage lamp combines a newly made, hand-welded frame with carefully selected vintage fabric. We only make a few pieces at a time, which means the collection is always changing. If you have a vintage table lamp, vintage ceiling light or retro lamp on your wishlist, it is worth checking back from time to time. You never quite know when the right one will appear.

You will find our current selection of vintage lamps here in the webshop.

Vintage & retro lamps for a timeless home

A vintage lamp can bring something very special to a room. A vintage ceiling light made with repurposed lace or patterned fabric gives a soft, atmospheric glow, and when the lamp is lit, the fabric can create beautiful shadows and patterns across the walls and ceiling.

There is also something special about choosing a lamp made from a textile that already has a history of its own.

The fabric used for each vintage ceiling light is carefully selected and gently washed with eco-friendly soap before being sewn and fitted to the frame. Every frame is hand-welded in southern Stockholm, creating a lamp that combines traditional craftsmanship with carefully reused materials.
